Will Pay for Input / Assistance in Improving my Affiliate Marketing Website

I have an affiliate website centered around money making methods, currently has about 25 posts with the topics ranging from crypto trading, affiliate marketing, dropshipping, and freelance writing. All posts are high quality and provide good information, but I am not sure how to go about properly monetizing or growing the site. It currently gets about 200 clicks / month after initially publishing this month and with 0 marketing or backlink building. I am looking for an individual with experience running an affiliate site to help me better understand both how to properly monetize the site and efficiently build its search rankings. I have some knowledge and am not totally retarded but I am a programmer and don't really want to waste a ton of time with trial and _error_ figuring this new field out.
