When you get to that site, scroll down until you see the graph for USD/JPY.
Select “Tick by Tick” at the bottom, that way it will update as soon as it can (every few seconds).
Look at the graph and determined the general trend.
Now as we can see, in the last 15 minutes it has been falling, so we will quickly place a bet that says in the next minute it will be lower.
Next we just check back in our account and we see that we have just made ~$1000! (Virtual money for now)
You can practice a couple more times, or as many times as you feel like you need to, and then move into using real money.
This is actually very easy; I’ve included a book with some basics.

I have been doing this for around a week and I’ve made just over $5000, but you can make way more, as I never use more than $50 per bet.
