How To Get Around Credit Card Address Verification System

I am trying to make an account to sell gift cards on cardcash.com, but they require an American credit card for verification. I live in Canada and when I try to use my Canadian credit card, I get an AVS _error_.

Does anyone know how I can get around the AVS check, or how I can acquire an American credit card while not being an American citizen or residing in the USA? -SEO
