Seo What's the easiest way to email a list of emails from an excel file?

I obviously know there's a better way than one at a time, yet what's the best way to copy the emails from a section in an excel file.

If im sending multiple copies of the same email, how do I send it to not hit the spam folders and how do I send it do they still think it's personal towards them rather than carbon copied to a bunch people?
