Can I verify a limited fake Paypal account? If not, how to avoid this in the future?

Hey, my fake Paypal account just got limited today after I recieved a few payments (100 EUR).
Is there a way to verify it? Maybe buy a fake ID online?

Also, I want to know how could I send the money from Paypal to my Bank Account without it correlating to me. I thought about this: I recieve money on paypal, I immediatly buy BTC from Paxful.com and recieve it in my Electrum wallet. Then I use Bity to sell the bitcoin and recieve my money in my Bank Account.

I don't really know how efficient this is, maybe you could help me out. -SEO
